FEATURED PROJECT: WORTH THE WAIT
WORTH THE WAIT
The release of Jenah Shank's new album, “Worth the Wait,” (2025) is more than just a simple play on words. The album features a collection of seven songs she recorded with John Sferra of Phil Keaggy's band Glass Harp several years ago. For various reasons, the project was put on the backburner until this year when Jenah enlisted the assistance of David Granati and worked together at Dave World Productions/David Granati's Maplewood Studio to finalized the mixes and master the tracks to ready them for production.
The seven original tracks, many of them written while Jenah was on the road and visiting the Navajo Nation in New Mexico and the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) in Arizona, feature the musicianship of Sferra, Keaggy, Daniel Pecchip, all of Glass harp, the late Jack Giering and Josh Lattanzi. Proceeds from these songs will be used to help outreach efforts in New Mexico.
